How's the work pace at Lockheed Martin?

medium. They allow time for planning, documentation, review, create dev, .... before going to production. There are a lot of times that you have to wait for other team to review your plan , design, .. but, it makes sense and it is sure way to do any projects.

There's room for improvement with the work pace for instance you can't sit there and say you're a thousand hours behind schedule and yet it takes you almost an hour to get your people up and working in the

Lockheed generally knows how long it is going to take to do something so the pace is manageable.

I like it it's okay
