
The work schedule is only vaguely flexible. Due to the general lack of ability to work from home, you'll feel like you're back in high school working an hourly job at the Mall, punching your timecard on a daily basis or eventually facing some serious consequences. Time card fraud is the "cover-all" infraction that accounts for almost all involuntary terminations.
Work week is incredibly flexible. We have a 9/80 ( which means every other Friday is off) and flextime. So as long as you get your 80 hrs in over 2 weeks and your work is getting done, you are good! We also have telecommute options for specific situations.
There is no flexibility what they say is what you got it doesn't matter if you have 26 years with the corporation
