What's the vacation policy?

Years of service - Accrual rate 0-14 years service - 10.00 hours/mo 15 years - 10.67 hours/mo 16 years - 11.34 hours/mo 17 years - 12.00 hours/mo 18 years - 12.67 hours/mo 19+ years - 13.34 hours/mo They also allow you to go negative up to 40 hours if you don’t have enough accrued time, but any new hours earned will go towards paying back the borrowed vacation time.

3 week for new hires until 15 years of service. after that one day / year of service until you reach 20 years of service and 4 weeks. That's pretty much the max -- 4 weeks

It varies from site to site but you start with 3 weeks and if you work there for 20 years you get 4 weeks. Some sites give you 4 weeks after 15 years.
