Leadership works to keep employees engaged & retained
Being able to accomplish tasks, projects, etc, and not being micromanaged.
They are friendly. Some of them are better about ownership than others.
I received a promotion with a raise, but the raise does not meet the 'average' salary for my position. I receive a lot of recognition for my work so it makes me feel undervalued.
I like that they shifted to focusing on employees and retention, in addition to company growth. The previous leadership didn't consider the employees, their welfare, or how their actions impacted the boots on the ground.
