My compensation is fair for my role, and I didn't have to fight tooth and nail for it. While I am a newer employee, negotiations during my hiring were short, sweet, and respected my needs and reasoning.

Leadership listens. No one, or any org is perfect, but in my tenure the team leading us is open to feedback, and changing course to make sure that Logically and all it's team members are equipped for success.

Communication. This is a growth objective for us, and everyone has embraced it so well. One of my favorite things are the conversations that come up every day as we do our best to take care of our clients and each other.

I think the best thing about the culture is that generally speaking, everyone understands that what we do is fast paced and intense and knows it's important to get time away and take care of your mental health. More than that, people are respectful of that time away to make sure you can rest.
