Clients need a care team that is a small group of people. When they consistently call us and get people they have never spoken to, who know nothing about their company, its understandably frustrating for them.
Focusing on the clients. Since we moved away from pods, I have noticed a consistent decline in customer satisfaction with Logically. This change may have helped the west coast, but it has seriously hurt the east coast. Also firing a ton of people right before Christmas with no warning wasnt cool
