
The executive team is willing to hear opinions about others view for the company and apply them to our short and long term goals.
We have several really great team members that are nimble, adaptable, and hard working. This is also our downfall as they do 80 percent of the work and burn out.
We need more people with our core values to share the load. People should be compensated fairly before it is the only option. Our health plan is incredibly expensive, there are several people that are quite upset with this.
