What do people at Logos think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?

Our CEO is quite popular, and employees appreciate how accessible he makes himself to meet with employees, discuss ideas or concerns, etc. For example, any employee is invited to take our CEO out for coffee (on the company's dime and time), and many employees take him up on that offer.

I think we like his openness and the hard work he puts into communication. If I knew what Bob could improve then I'd be in management—and I don't want to be. I'm happy to leave the difficult decisions on his shoulders and think he is doing an excellent job.

People think Bob is extremely smart and capable. He's straight-forward and will always get quickly to the point. He can be pretty intimidating, but is truly open to talking to everyone at the company, even taking them out for coffee.

Impressive guy who wants to be available to his employees but is so busy that it can be intimidating to take up his time.

Bob is respected, a visionary. More communication direct from Bob. Monthly, how is the company doing, where are we going, etc.

Overall they like Bob, he is personable and willing to give his feelings.
