I would like to see Marketing work less in a silo-like atmosphere and instead see themselves as part of Faithlife as a whole. Sometimes that silo effect creates a "me first" mentality in the department, instead of a "what's the right thing to do for Faithlife as a whole" mentality. This is being worked on, but it's still difficult at times.
Hire more diverse management. Hiring more women into management has greatly improved company culture. I think the next step is to hire more people of color into leadership. Besides improving company culture, this is needed to speak to our ever growing and diversifying customer base.
I would want there to be more communication and a feeling of teamwork between the heads of the departments. More of a "Faithlife first" mentality with everyone, instead of a "my department first" mentality.
I would turn us into a non-profit business so that we could focus on the mission of Jesus, instead of being focused on taking over the technology world.
I might encourage more interaction between departments. Other than that, I would say that it's perfect.
I do not get team outings in my department at Faithlife.
Significant pay raises to keep pace with improving job market.
Include spouse in paid medical and dental coverage
Staff sushi chef and barber.
More family company outings.
