They treat us all like adults and value us as humans and professionals. Sometimes I wish there was more direction about where the company is headed, but I guess we're all figuring that out together.

The conversational style that didn't seem like the typical interview where the interviewer pops off questions and clearly doesn't listen, but takes notes and checks boxes. Also that they actually read my resume and showed they cared about me whether or not I got the job.
