And because we create our Lyten supermaterial by converting greenhouse gases, currently methane, into carbon-based 3D Graphene and hydrogen gas, we also will enable massive decarbonization benefits.

Educated myself on the technology and learned new techniques in order to fulfil the role I was assigned. Was rewarded with promotion. Don't have enough material resources to responsibly implement all the ideas I want to try. Too many people to work with, not enough cells to provide needed data.

There's a war on talent for experienced people in the battery industry. We have lots of academics, but few industrialists. Lyten needs to train the academics how to function in the industry lab setting. New employees are trained by technicians instead of managers, who are absent from labs
