It was long ago the process is no longer the same and I think the process is not as transparent as earlier as you would see some false claims and promises

Listen to its customers/ employees stop testing the product on customers , Hire People who can lead by example not just manage people. Currently the team first sells the contracts and then does the implementation and design.
