It's slow for most of the day and fast during peak hours
The people I work with are wonderful, but the costumers are incredibly rude and the management doesn't back up what you tell them. They basically get whatever they want even if it was the costumers fault that something went wrong.
It was annoying and unenjoyable
Horrible management all around this place
Listening to understand a situation insetead of just listening to respond, and figure out who to blame. Work together to find a solution in a productive manner instead of being snide and petty.
