The employees giving interviews are generally upbeat and have a positive attitude.
The knowledge we have about our clients and how best to please them.
The work is far too monotonous. It can be improved by varying the assignments of surveys completed in the call center rather than being assigned the same one day after day for the entire shift.
Without the low man on the totem pole, the company would not be able to function, yet we are treated like children at work. We need the ability to be able to get up and use the restroom or get a drink without having to clock out. Its ridiculous!
