A title upgrade and another $15,000

Without the low man on the totem pole, the company would not be able to function, yet we are treated like children at work. We need the ability to be able to get up and use the restroom or get a drink without having to clock out. Its ridiculous!

Due to the stress that we encounter, we should be paid more than minimum wage and should have benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most all feel the same way, so we can empathize with each other. Some have similar interests.

Finance team is wonderful, but the other teams are ineffective

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's very casual in some ways

The freedom we have to make our own schedule

leadership and solution oriented problem solving

By far the best environment I've ever worked in. Everyone is always friendly and will say hi to you walking by, which is rare in a larger company. Very team-oriented and celebrates your success.

Everyone at Maritz is so friendly and really encourages their coworkers to be the best they can be.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was by the numbers, no surprises.

The employees giving interviews are generally upbeat and have a positive attitude.

Got to know me, made sure it was a good relationship fit

They were very open throughout the entire process, kept me in the loop on what the next steps would be and when I should be expecting to hear back from them.

Flexibility with work hours and the ability to connect with people I care about

The work environment and the people who work here at Maritz. There is nothing like it. Also, actually feeling like you make a difference in the work that you do.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

There are too many issues to list. Executive team is hoping beyond hope that sales will work out, but it is unlikely. Operationally, things have deteriorated to a point where the survival of this business unit is questionable. Productization is going poorly, so failure is becoming more likely.

The work is far too monotonous. It can be improved by varying the assignments of surveys completed in the call center rather than being assigned the same one day after day for the entire shift.
