
Staff should be treated with respect
They are very thorough with their knowledge on FX
Next to no benefits and any that we did have such as flexible working from home is being phased out
Things have approved but a lot of work still needs to be done. Investment into the right areas needs to be addressed
Too many non technical ‘leaders’ for a technical company who fail to understand what it is we do and where our issues are
Teams want and are trying to make a difference but restricted due to the management team having their blinkers on and not listening
