The office culture/vibe in London makes it palatable to work in.

We're still small enough to have the "all-in" mentality

Small firm so easy to get messages across the whole firm and decisions made. Good for recognising good work.

MF is on the up. Positive change is happening.

It's the people that make it. We are energetic, eager and hard-working. A great environment for people that want to learn and grow.
