The honest and genuine interest in the individual. I think there's more to a person than what's on a piece of paper and Matic really understands that.
The people. Their personality, their drive and level headedness. They're not problematic and they all have a purpose. It's contagious and I admire that so much about them.
I really appreciate the acknowledgement that everyone here is a human being. Most call centers treat their employers like robots. Here there is a clear desire and ambition to maintain a solid work-life balance.
I think my leadership team are incredibly energetic, optimistic and helpful. While personally, having very little experience working in an environment where everything you wish you wanted in a leadership team was given to you, I definitely find myself questioning if I'm being punked.
I do not think the pay is reflective on inflation, especially with the demanding gas prices and cost of living in Phoenix. While the work culture is incredible, this position requires a lot of your resources and the bonus is not enough when you're looking at a job that pays like, $20-$23/hour.
I can't get a clear idea of how customers percieve Matic quite yet. I think I haven't been here long enough. I will say that a lot of the verbiage in the script is assumptive in that customers know what we mean when we say A-rated. I also will say that it's important to invest in advertising.
