Respecting the employees. Often the Senior vice presidents treat the employees like drones or dismiss them out of hand.
The lack of respect and caring from some upper management has filtered down to my department. My manager tries but is also treated the same way.
The company was like a family until they grew over a short period of time. The CEO is new and trying to move the company back in that direction, unfortunately there are senior execs who are disrespectful and uncaring. One department lost over half its employees and years of company knowledge.
