What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining MemoryBlue?

This was my first real sales gig. I wish I would have known that there is no one approach that fits every prospect. As I grew as a rep, I learned that different prospects require different techniques and communications patterns. I had access to these tools/methodologies, I just wished I could have known them before walking through the doors to help with my learning curve. But I get why they wouldn't give away their secret sauce, its good stuff.
