No one cares. It's very frustrating to be surrounded by support teams that leave at five every day and treat their tasks as a burden.
No experience. Very myopic and unwilling to stand-up to corner office. No desire to try new things, only double down on what has worked at past companies.
I have zero confidence in leadership. I am uninspired and I am looking to leave however, the owner is very litigious so I have to find a path out that isn't towards a competitor
They need to institute better evaluation criteria for leadership and listen to the feedback of senior people with diverse books of business. Hire better-qualified support teams for the more profitable areas of the business.
My compensation is fine but too many changes and the most profitable lines of business are very poorly supported which makes me fear that as inventory continues to be squeezed I do not have options to achieve higher commission tiers.
