No support. Too many changes being pushed down with no thought of how it will impact customers and account execs - once actual impact is felt, the changes are quickly rolled back and never spoken of again. Leadership regularly exposes their inexperience. Some new hires have promise.
I learned a lot. Gained a lot of experience in a little bit of time. I met a lot of wonderful people and used my time at MNJ to hone my skills and make myself more marketable.
