What makes you most happy at work?This environment provides an excellent space to work and think.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They need to institute better evaluation criteria for leadership and listen to the feedback of senior people with diverse books of business. Hire better-qualified support teams for the more profitable areas of the business.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I have zero confidence in leadership. I am uninspired and I am looking to leave however, the owner is very litigious so I have to find a path out that isn't towards a competitor
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?No one cares. It's very frustrating to be surrounded by support teams that leave at five every day and treat their tasks as a burden.
