The entire leadership team has created an environment where growth is not only encouraged, but expected.
They listen, go above and beyond and are all for change and growth!

There hasn’t been a single issue with getting paid on time or wondering if I’ll still have a job at the end of every day because of the pandemic. You won’t find a better culture any

Team members actually take the time to get to know one another, and team projects are something I look forward to instead of dread.

The company has treated me kindly since day one and management is very supportive.

They hire anyone with CDW experience sight unseen.
