Your peers and coworkers make the team. I loved mt coworkers-- so many passionate people pouring their hearts into their work.
Pay is lower than market, and if brought up, you are reprimanded. Benefits are fine, but could be better given Moda is a private health insurance company. PTO is below standard for the industry. No stock options as company is not public and only vested in 401k after 5 years.
