What do you like best about the leadership team?
Access to healthcare for members is a priority for the leadership.
Good coworkers, not so great management.
THEY ARE PRETTY OPEN WHEN WE NEED TO KNOW MORE INFORMATION.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The supervisor wants to hire only remote workers who will not complain about the low wages or the fact that they will have to pay for their own phone and internet services while working remotely.
Communication would be helpful, actually following through with my emails, or at least reading them
The board needs to replace leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Adequate to start but it improves with length of service.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay rates are not comparable to similar positions at different companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hardworking, tenacious and care about their work. They want to solve problems and find good solutions.
Team works hard to ensure common goal is met.
The team maintains positivity in the face of adversity.
I LOVE MY TEAM. EVERYONE WORKS WELL TOGETHER TO GET THE JOB DONE.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Good people are all around at this company. Leaderships needs improved with people who are capable of operationally managing the company in a serious manner that respects human dignity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They say there is a compsny culture but words dont mean anything

Learn how to treat human employees with compassion

The leadership is negative and they need compassion training
Improve the communication and reduce the need to outreach to the organization for answers.
entering new markets while facing a provider shortage The internal departments can't meet the demand.
Leader training and employee development beyond a class or two here and there. There is no mobility upward or sideways for that matter.
Pay rates can be improved.
