The supervisor wants to hire only remote workers who will not complain about the low wages or the fact that they will have to pay for their own phone and internet services while working remotely.
Communication would be helpful, actually following through with my emails, or at least reading them
The board needs to replace leadership.
Adequate to start but it improves with length of service.
INSURANCE IS FAIR PRICE COMPARED TO MANY EMPLOYERS
Pay is lower than market, and if brought up, you are reprimanded. Benefits are fine, but could be better given Moda is a private health insurance company. PTO is below standard for the industry. No stock options as company is not public and only vested in 401k after 5 years.

The pay rates are not comparable to similar positions at different companies.

Team works hard to ensure common goal is met.

I LOVE MY TEAM. EVERYONE WORKS WELL TOGETHER TO GET THE JOB DONE.
Good people are all around at this company. Leaderships needs improved with people who are capable of operationally managing the company in a serious manner that respects human dignity.

Improve the communication and reduce the need to outreach to the organization for answers.
entering new markets while facing a provider shortage The internal departments can't meet the demand.
Leader training and employee development beyond a class or two here and there. There is no mobility upward or sideways for that matter.
