Serious ethical leadership does not exist at Moda. Nepotism culture does not help. Their marketing and public image in the community is great and contributions are good. It is disappointing that this image is not a real reflection of leadership at this company.

The board needs to replace leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Adequate to start but it improves with length of service.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leader training and employee development beyond a class or two here and there. There is no mobility upward or sideways for that matter.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Good people are all around at this company. Leaderships needs improved with people who are capable of operationally managing the company in a serious manner that respects human dignity.
