On a scale of 1-10, it was a 6/7. They use 3-4 different interviewers...2 at a time you meet with and they ask a set amount of questions and evaluate your responses along with your attitude and demeanor during the questioning. They then hand you off to another set who do have similar objectives and finally you meet the HR person for their questions.
