People are generally in the similar interest space and age groups. A lot came from larger companies, and know what are the pains to avoid in a growing company, which is a good skill to have.
Met with the right amount of people and not the whole company. The director had the most amount of say in the process which made it easier for me to deliver my best samples in front them.
