Morning Consult leadership is fiscally conservative but super aggressive/risky when it comes to delivering client value. That's a great combination and one of the reasons the company has grown so large without taking on large amounts of venture money. We control our own destiny, a great feeling.

It's a group of young, super smart, fun people constantly bringing their ideas and best work to the table. Work tempo is very fast, very collaborative and there's evident high growth among individuals and the company as a whole.
