I havebeen going on my account everyday since it was opened. I have always used a VPN because my identity has been stolen once before and I have personal medical records of my clients on my device. Now you keep locking me out of my account because I will not leave this information venerable.
I keep getting hung up on every time I dispute the charges
Everything they do needs to be replaced. It would be helpful if the people in the customer service department actually spoke fluent English and could understand the laws that the company they are working for are supposed to be abiding by. This company is violating the law left and right.
