This company is horrible. Horrible. Distribution of leads for Recruiting Specialists is a sham. Managers stick to the fallacy that "everyone gets the same" but that's a shameful lie. Quality of life is terrible. Nights/weekends 7 days/week. CEO is awful to be ok with someone working 365 days/year.

Anyone you can't enroll on the call is going to go straight to their HS or travel coach and ask about NCSA - which is always the kiss of death - because NCSA is still sending the same blast emails it did a decade ago. 400 athletes per Recruiting Coach just means the company will do anything for a $
