Openly communicate with team and workers
Ok people but difficult to see anything positive in them when you feel like you’re being exploited every day of the wee
They're pretty much all egotistical. Few of them are humble and try to understand.
They are friendly and nice people.
The culture is the best thing
Realize that your employees are human beings. Quality of life is nonexistent at NCSA. Work 7 days/week and shamed if you want/need a day off. Everyone fearful of taking vacation.
Middle management needs to be better monitored and held accountable by upper management. The front lines are very female unfriendly.

Ask questions when culture tanks in a department.
The compensation is extremely generous compared to equivalent jobs in the industry
yearly raises to match inflation
The bonus and commission structure.

The HARDER you work - the more MONEY you make!
Review from Sales Dept
The company has commission structured so that they have to part with as little as possible. They’ll penalize you in the current month for an enrolled family they allowed to cancel to avoid bad reviews - from the previous month. Bogus cash “qualifiers” on commissions. Don’t share interest p
Very undervalued. I would feel better if I was paid more. We're the ones getting the leads for the specialist to contact, without us, there wouldn't be any money coming in.
Mandatory overtime with a base of 35K. To expect you to work so long on such little pay is ridiculous. Add quota on top of that and the stress doesn't equate to the pay. Level one doesn't even get commission.
Better commissions structure and lower thresholds

Health insurance changes yearly and has caused difficulty and major out of pocket cost for a medication that keeps me alive.

Company tries to foster “team” atmosphere but when certain demographics are favored for leads makes it difficult to think about a “
Often people (including my managers) are incredibly disrespectful towards one another, some can't work at all with others in their group
One day someone will come along and be a real competitor to NCSA. That makes me happy.
I only have to listen to management lie to me once per month.
Other than the ability to be able to work from home, nothing.
I would say sports but the pyramid scheme-type of commission and bonus structure leaves such a bad taste that it’s difficult to see past it to anything positiv
They try to "help" but end up just making you feel bad.
Treat others with respect. As a member of the executive team don't trash talk others for everyone to hear. Reward sustainable, good work.
It was very thorough and straightforward. They definitely downplayed the dial expectation though.
Even though several steps of interviews, very quick

Nothing. The process is fair.

I get to learn about peoples need and change lives! Making Student-Athlete dreams come true is pretty awesome too!
Review from Sales Dept
Anyone you can't enroll on the call is going to go straight to their HS or travel coach and ask about NCSA - which is always the kiss of death - because NCSA is still sending the same blast emails it did a decade ago. 400 athletes per Recruiting Coach just means the company will do anything for a $
Review from Sales Dept
We don't really help them. People are paying with these promises that aren't being fulfilled.
I'm mocked and ridiculed by others. Often times I'm pressured to cut corners and not allowed to do work that I am proud of.
