What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One day someone will come along and be a real competitor to NCSA. That makes me happy.
I only have to listen to management lie to me once per month.
Other than the ability to be able to work from home, nothing.
I would say sports but the pyramid scheme-type of commission and bonus structure leaves such a bad taste that it’s difficult to see past it to anything positiv
They try to "help" but end up just making you feel bad.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat others with respect. As a member of the executive team don't trash talk others for everyone to hear. Reward sustainable, good work.
