Job is terrible. NCSA brings in new sales specialists each month, chews them up, and spits them out in 120 days or less. New hires exist only to take the lousy leads so veteran specialists can have the great leads/make money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realize that your employees are human beings. Quality of life is nonexistent at NCSA. Work 7 days/week and shamed if you want/need a day off. Everyone fearful of taking vacation.
