Often people (including my managers) are incredibly disrespectful towards one another, some can't work at all with others in their group

Treat others with respect. As a member of the executive team don't trash talk others for everyone to hear. Reward sustainable, good work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm mocked and ridiculed by others. Often times I'm pressured to cut corners and not allowed to do work that I am proud of.
