
Less silos and more rapid DevOps culture + continuous deployment with more opportunities to move around teams and/or objectives for greater career breadth (still possible but requires changing positions every year or two at the company to accomplish through formal interview process).
Nike has a lot of people in high positions who have been there forever and are complacent. They don’t value outside experiences in leadership - only what you’ve done at NIKE.
WHQ is out of touch with the true store struggles. WHQ people move to different departments every 2-3 years. No one really gets good at what they do!
I would strive to hire more women in the Nike Digital Engineering division.
