
The leadership has no idea what or how our job is done. I would not call it leadership a lot of mircomanagment happens no one leads. Worried about what happened instead of focusing on what needs to be improved to make us more successful. Reactive instead of proactive and always questioning your integrity when you are called out during the middle of the night or weekend. It’s like they think you want to be away from your family and friends. Twenty questions should not be a game that played after a call out everytime.
Upper management worried more about stock price and investors than employees. Lower management forced to make the work environment hostile for that reason.
