Management reliez on the employees, but mistakenly trraats them with badoc disdain, disgust, and arrogance.
It will not improve. The business concept of an "anesthesia management company" is a poor obe, and the results are predictably poor.
I would like leadership to treat me with a base level of respect. I am their product and their only asset. You woukd think that they held me in some esteem...but they dont.
