The pay is fair , good starting salary.
Little to no support for new employees or growing markets. New employees are not supported well by company leadership.
Upper management is not seasoned and really does not understand many components real estate or how to manage people. They can be characterized as immature. You are out of luck for promotion unless you are a white male.
Open communication at all levels and execution of proposed initiatives.
