Early on, they treated you like people. They knew your kids, your spouse, and genuinely cared about the day to day and your growth. Now it's just become a boys club of keeping their friends and family in management who don't know what they are actually doing.
Open communication at all levels and execution of proposed initiatives.
Understand how to motivate employees. They niavely think they have all the answers and have underdeveloped management skills. Your employess are not as stupid as you think. It is not a good idea to call employee's ideas "stupid".
Little to no support for new employees or growing markets. New employees are not supported well by company leadership.
