- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Inviting and fun, even though we're worked to the bone misery loves company and the people we work with are great.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Early on, they treated you like people. They knew your kids, your spouse, and genuinely cared about the day to day and your growth. Now it's just become a boys club of keeping their friends and family in management who don't know what they are actually doing.

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understand how to motivate employees. They niavely think they have all the answers and have underdeveloped management skills. Your employess are not as stupid as you think. It is not a good idea to call employee's ideas "stupid".
