Leadership, strategic planning, and executive vision and communication are poor. It feels like no one know what is on the horizon.
As OMA grows bigger and takes on executive architect roles (DD, CDs), there needs to be more structure to the firm.

People feel intense pressure to work long hours, because it's "the culture". Project planning includes the expectation of all-nighters.
Definitely notorious and infamous for being a high pressure negative place with cut throat people. However, not everyone is like that.

Firm culture is not sustainable. The employees that do endure it feel a false sense of entitlement. The firm doesn't owe you anything.
