
In the past I would be happy with coming to work. Now I feel anxious and stressed since half our team has been let go. The extra work is hard.
It can be very surprising how little other departments do not understand the overall process and can't understand what other departments do and how it effects them or how they not doing something correctly or following the established process makes problems down the line.
