
making employees feel valued through feedback, equal pay to equal level co-workers, fair pay
I make less money than newer employees that I personally have trained. I make what incoming employees make and I have been here almost 4 years.
I feel that we need to hire better qualified workers, the newest incoming employees do not pick up the information, nor have the computer basics as they should. It seems as if the standard of employee has decreased.
the level of understanding the new hires have is minimal, senior employees are not being promoted and people are being hired off of the street to do jobs that others can easily do, there are not enough knowledgeable employees left to train incoming employees so they are getting improper training.
some co-workers are fun and friendly, but overall most are upset with how the company treats them, how their manager treats them, etc... I hate to see my fellow co-workers cry and I have had to console many of them in private for various work-related issues that are not being dealt with properly
