Staff and managers get along most of the time very well and live the core value of being a family. Once you get out of the restaurants, that family philosophy falls apart completely.
Too many executives and higher managers. Operations management constantly having to shift priorities on a minutes notice for the newest corporate roll out then 3 months later it doesn't matter anymore. Its a shame because the concepts are fantastic but the execution is terrible.
Company has gotten too big and top heavy. Needs to stop pushing for endless expansion and actually get good systems and processes in place. The fact that our crew still request off in paper forms and not online is how outdated it all is.
