What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Non but I like the customer and how people travel.

No one points finders, we help each other and just fix the problem.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better pay and benefits, accountability for how employees treat each other (including management), reliable equipment would be a fun bonus. They won't even buy reliable shelving in their biggest, busiest store.

Nobody respects nobody, teamwork didn't exist

CEO needs to retire and kick his family out the businesss as well as they are clueless
