The leadership team is virtually always reachable. They play an active role in our day-to-day, and they go out of their way to be available as helping hands or listening ears.
We are a well-rounded group of individuals who each have their own strengths, which balance out our weaknesses wherever there are any. We all genuinely care about the company, product, and each other. There is almost no office gossip/drama, just like-minded individuals who help one another succeed.
