They over work you, dont practice what they preach to clients and are often unable to deliver work to the time and quality promised to clients.

This agency is not worth my or your time. Leadership uses the agency as a vanity project and ego booster without any care for its employees, and clients are not treated equally. So many people are overworked they eventually give up, so much of the work is sloppy and/or late.

When there is no management other than a friendship level, it's hard to lead people. In most cases, it's the leadership that's in place that tends to be the problem.
