My team genuinely cares for each other, which I believe is the case for a lot of teams although that is due to the 'us against them' mentality between departments and against leadership.
Everyone looks out for each other and are genuine nice people- below c-suite level anyway
When there is no management other than a friendship level, it's hard to lead people. In most cases, it's the leadership that's in place that tends to be the problem.
